Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QLD Children's Hospital Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer.
The Position
Working closely with the Operations Team reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for facilitating compliance with the Compass Group Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System and providing specialist advice and resources on health, safety, environment, and quality issues across the site. This role will manage the Job request authorisation (JRA) and permit to work system to ensure compliance of all contractors and staff to site. The role will need to facilitate all review and implement end to end processes to ensure and improve compliance and safety across the site.
The Person
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret contractual documents
Team player and able to work autonomously
Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills
In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
