Staying true to our Aussie roots, we're motivated to innovate and perform — as a proportion of ticket sales go back to Australian charities and the Government.What will you be doing?The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all operational processes align with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines at Jumbo Interactive. The Compliance Officer is involved in the ongoing monitoring and administration of compliance requirements, managing regulatory governance activities, and collaborating with multiple departments to maintain a culture of compliance. While supporting key initiatives, including process reviews, compliance monitoring, and administration of charity lotteries and trade promotions.As a Compliance Officer, you will:Maintain current knowledge of state regulations and requirements applicable to Oz Lotteries.Monitor daily operations for compliance with internal policies and relevant laws/regulations.Conduct regular internal audits and assessments of operational processes to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.Maintain updated records of compliance activities, including documentation and reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that improve compliance, customer experience and operational performance.Create and configure charity lotteries and trade promotions on Oz Lotteries, including start/end dates, ticket and prize details and end of draw processes including publication of winners.We're looking for a Compliance Officer who:Knowledge of local, national, and industry-specific regulations.Strong ability to ensure accuracy in compliance tasks, audits, and updates.Capability to review processes and spot compliance risks or areas of improvement.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable outcomes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated experience in process improvement.Ability to work independently and autonomously.Our Ways of Working:We believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance.
