About the Opportunity: Are you experienced in compliance or working with regulatory controls? The Shire of Denmark is seeking a professional and efficient individual to carry out compliance inspections on private properties within the Shire of Denmark.
Some of the position requirements are: Ability to interpret relevant legislation, policy and compliance documentation with guidance and support as neededComputing and IT skills - enter and report inspections on tabletAccurate record-keeping and evidence-gathering skills, (photos, notes, records) with attention to detailAbility to respect and maintain the strictest level of confidentialityAbility to work autonomouslyWell-developed time management and organisation skillsDiligent approach to workplace health and safetyBe solution-focused and have a can-do attitudeHours of Work: This position will be approximately 60 hours per fortnight and will commence in December with the objective of inspections being completed by the end of April 2025.
About You: This role will ideally suit an outdoor-oriented person who is confident working alone, has a consistent approach to their work, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and fairness. You will be required to:
