Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)Position Summary:Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance, the Growth Ops Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our company's growth.
The role focuses on developing and maintaining a best practice 1st Line compliance model across various teams in Growth Ops, including Marketing, Media, Digital, Aggregation, White Label Partners, and more.
This role is responsible for ensuring our external partnerships are up to date on Governance, Risk, and Compliance matters through proactive communication and engagement frameworks.Role Responsibilities:Lead incident management for Growth Ops teams, covering investigation, customer impacts, remediation, and closure.Coordinate remediation activities for incidents requiring partner involvement.Regularly update external partners on incidents, including incident notifications and closure memos.Support partner managers with governance, risk, and compliance queries raised by white label and alliance partners.Maintain the obligations register and mapped controls for Growth Ops.Manage partner communications, ensuring proactive and clear engagement regarding risk, compliance, and governance.Support Growth Ops in managing risk, compliance, and audit programs.Develop effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience Required:3-5 years in compliance, risk management, or a related position within insurance.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage external partner relationships, particularly white label partnerships.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as Legal, Risk, or Compliance.Compliance and/or risk qualifications highly regarded.Legal background or insurance studies are highly valued.About Auto & General:At Auto & General, we offer insurance products to safeguard our customers, including Car, Motorcycle, Home, Contents, and Pet insurance, alongside Roadside Assistance.
