Purpose of the Role: Join our team as a Growth Ops Compliance Manager, a new and exciting role created to support our strong company growth. You will be part of a newly formed team dedicated to developing and maintaining a best practice 1st Line compliance model across various teams in Growth Ops, including Marketing, Media, Digital, Aggregation, White Label Partners, Alliance Products and Partners, Referrers, and Affiliates. This role is critical in ensuring our external partnerships are informed and up-to-date on Governance, Risk, and Compliance matters through proactive communication and engagement frameworks.
Position Accountabilities:

Facilitate and manage incident management activities across incidents owned by Growth Ops team members, from investigation and customer impacts to remediation, control strengthening, and closure.
Coordinate remediation activities for incidents owned by other divisions where partner involvement is required.
Provide regular updates on relevant incidents to external partners, including issuing incident notifications and closure memos, regular formal reporting, and ad-hoc updates as required.
Assist Partner Managers with governance, risk, and compliance queries raised by white label partners, alliance partners, and aggregation partners.
Assist with the maintenance of the obligations register and mapped controls for Growth Ops obligations.
Manage partner communications relating to risk, compliance, and governance matters, ensuring partners are kept informed with proactive, clear, and concise communications.
Contribute to regular internal and external reporting requirements.
Support the wider Growth Ops division to manage and monitor risk, compliance, and audit programs to deliver superior business, customer, and partner outcomes.
Develop effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Proven negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong time management and analytical skills.
Understanding of the customer journey within general insurance.
Customer service skills with a commitment to quality outcomes.
Ability to manage change and anticipate impacts on the team and individuals.
Working knowledge of relevant compliance standards, legislative requirements, and industry codes.
3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Minimum three years in an insurance role highly regarded.
Experience with risk management/compliance obligations systems.
Experience working with external partners, particularly white label partner relationships.
Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Legal background or insurance studies highly regarded.
Compliance and/or risk qualifications highly regarded.
Experience in generating executive reporting preferable.
