Compliance Manager - Broadband

As a result of it's expanding Broadband business, a brand new opportunity for a Compliance Manager has been created within the Group Retail Compliance team in Melbourne.


The successful candidate will work with a collaborative and supportive legal and compliance team.
The role will provide a high level of autonomy and senior stakeholder engagement and will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance - Retail.

Working directly with the business, you will take the lead on providing compliance advice and drive compliance frameworks relating to broadband and telecommunications laws and regulations.

Interpreting and communicating complex regulatory changesEnsuring regulatory compliance obligations are metHelp to drive a compliance cultureProvide training to the businessDevelop relationships with stakeholdersLiaise with RegulatorsBe a reliable subject matter expert in relation to the broadband regulatory compliance frameworkManagement reporting
This role would suit a senior compliance professional (minimum 7 years') or lawyer seeking a sea change, with experience in a telecommunications/broadband retail business.
