Key Responsibilities Enterprise Risk Management - Develop and maintain the ERM Framework, proactively identifying risks and trends while implementing effective solutions to mitigate future risksGovernance & Compliance Management - Ensure all policies and procedures related to governance and compliance are current and effective.Tendering & Supplier Review - Oversee insurance renewals and claims to support organisational needsRisk Reporting & Analysis - Provide insightful risk analysis and progress reports to senior leadership, including the CEO, Board, and committeesTraining & Education - Deliver training to staff, promoting a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organisationAudits & Investigations - Manage internal audit schedules, conduct compliance investigations, reportable conduct investigations and ensure timely resolution of any issues identifiedStakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring roles and responsibilities for risk management and compliance are clearly understoodBoard Presentations – Deliver sage advice to decision makers within the business and demystify the risk & compliance space to take everyone on the journeyAbout You You will bring demonstrated experience in delivering best practice compliance, governance and risk management within regulated environments.
Key skills and experience required for this role include:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business or similar along with demonstrated senior level experience in compliance and risk managementAbility to lead and foster a culture which embraces the importance of good governance, compliance and risk management practicesDemonstrated ability to design and implement risk management policies and proceduresProven experience conducting workplace investigations and developing internal audit recommendations & schedulesWell developed stakeholder managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detailWhy Join Us?
