Compliance Coordinator

ORIX is at the forefront of fleet management, leasing, and financial solutions, with operations spanning Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our Group Risk & Compliance team.
This pivotal role will support ORIX in embedding a risk-based compliance culture and maintain high standards of governance across the business.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:Conduct due diligence on suppliers as part of our supplier management process.Monitor employee requests for compliance with our Gifts, Hospitality, Donations, and Sponsorships policies.Oversee and manage the compliance inbox, including assessing and analysing complaints data.Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager in risk management initiatives.Manage whistleblower programs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.Positively contribute to the team demonstrating ORIX's values and behaviors in everything you do.WHAT YOU HAVE: 2 years' experience in risk, compliance, audit ideally within an in-house function or consulting firm.Ability to work autonomously with self-motivation and resilience.Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in MS Office.Collaborative mindset, a commitment to excellence, and adaptability to changing technologies.This position is a 6 month, part time, fixed term contract - 20 hours per week.
