The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is a master of the compliance plus content available to our customers and is knowledgeable on the best practices for implementing compliance training programs.
This role will conduct research, develop documentation and support the revenue teams with answering customer questions about compliance content through email, phone, and video calls.Requirements: Support internal and external customers with onboarding, implementation, and product usagePrepare for regular client-facing meetings through video calls, conduct a compliance content needs analysis and make applicable content recommendations in real timeWork collaboratively with security awareness training content specialists to answer questions and provide customer support for the security awareness training libraryCreate compliance-related collateral used for internal and external communication and product education.
