Your strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders will help you build genuine professional partnerships and provide valuable educational leadership and advice.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the identification, documentation, and preliminary reporting of reportable incidents.Help prepare reports, forms, and other necessary documentation for submission to regulatory bodies.Ensure all preliminary reporting is conducted within specified timeframes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness, and submit for final review.Assist in developing and recommending compliance monitoring programs to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.Provide initial recommendations for corrective actions and support the business in addressing compliance issues.Track and report on compliance performance metrics.Collaborate with internal teams to help develop and update company policies and procedures related to compliance and reporting.Maintain food safety compliance.Support policy reviews and updates.To be a front-running candidate for this role, you'll ideally bring the following experience and qualifications:A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.Certification in compliance, such as a Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management, would be beneficial.Several years of experience in the early childhood education sector or a related field.Proven experience in regulatory compliance, particularly with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and state-based reportable conduct requirements.We're looking for someone who is:Results-Focused: You are driven to achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and take accountability for your work.Knowledgeable in ACECQA & NQF: You have a strong understanding of the ACECQA guidelines and the National Quality Framework.Detail-Oriented with a Quality Focus: You have a commitment to excellence, are proactive in resolving quality issues, and continuously strive for improvements.Adaptable: You're flexible, handle pressure well, and adjust your approach to meet changing needs.Why Busy Bees Australia?Busy Bees is a leading childcare provider with over 40 years of experience shaping the future of young minds across the globe.
