You'll be responsible for: Supporting workshops for risk identification and control assessments, supporting the preparation of risk and compliance reports and assist during L2 assurance testing and L3 internal audits. Providing insights on root cause(s), accountable business owner, risk rating, remediation actions and control improvements to support the timely closure of incidents & issues. Providing analysis of thematic risk and compliance incident, issues, and complaints. Preparing and supporting the delivery of Risk and Compliance communication plans, liaising with SMEs to facilitate ongoing training and awareness sessions to improve risk maturity and risk culture. Supporting to maintain risk and compliance data quality in ORGS (Risk Management) system. About you: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. 2 years of experience as a compliance or risk analyst or business analyst, returning to workforce or wanting to move into a risk and compliance role. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing tasks. Analytical capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns and trends.
