Your part in it As a Compliance Advisor within the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring Alinta Energy's operations comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks, conduct investigations, and implement effective compliance programs.

What you'll put into it Analyse and interpret relevant legislation regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and implement compliance controls, procedure and training programs to maintain high compliance standards.
Conduct compliance investigations and risk assessments to identify potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met and to foster a strong compliance culture.
Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management, providing clear insights to support informed decision-making.
What you'll bring to it Relevant tertiary qualification in business, law, compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferable experience in a compliance advisory role within the energy or utilities sector.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
This role is best suited to a proactive individual who has experience working within a complex and deadline-driven environment.
