About The Role: Are you ready to elevate your career? Compare the Market is seeking a skilled Compliance Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring compliance across our organisation. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you'll have the opportunity to establish strong regulatory foundations and provide guidance to the broader business stakeholders.
As the Compliance Advisor, you'll be a hands-on compliance expert, offering advice on regulatory requirements and solution design. You'll actively contribute to our compliance strategy with your expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring our compliance initiatives drive the business forward.
What You'll Do: Lead reviews, enhancements, and implementation of business frameworks, standards, and policies.Provide leadership and guidance to business committees and structures.Offer expert advice on critical projects, partner arrangements, and incidents.Lead workflow assessments on incidents, issues, and actions across the 2LoD and support group practices.Assist with impact assessments for proposed regulatory changes.Contribute to the design and production of data-driven and insightful reporting for the CTM business and leadership team.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a compliance or risk-related role with a regulator, financial institution, or similar entity.In-depth knowledge of regulated industries and relevant risk and compliance legislation.Strong ability to build partnerships through professional and effective collaboration, influencing outcomes.Continuous improvement mindset, adept at navigating complexity while maintaining standards and business requirements.Experience in preparing regulatory reports and associated assurance plans.Proficient in producing reports for Boards and Committees.Tertiary qualifications.Our Benefits At Compare the Market, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your talents will be recognised and rewarded.
