Join Our Team We're looking for two Compliance Administrators to support our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Safer Gambling initiatives.
You'll manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in risk management efforts to support the Compliance Team to promote a culture of safer gambling.
The Role The Compliance Administrator will play a vital role in the Compliance Department, providing general administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, organising documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities include assisting in the collection and analysis of data for regulatory compliance purposes, identification of potential risks, preparation of risk assessments and assisting in conducting welfare checks and customer due diligence procedures.
About You Experience with maintaining confidential, accurate and detailed records of all compliance-related activities, including training records, risk assessments and incident reports.
You must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to obtain a QLD Casino Employee License, both are mandatory pre-requisites.
Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to analyse data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience coordinating with external regulatory agencies will be well regarded, along with an understanding of the regulations, policies and procedures relating to Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy Act and promoting a culture of safer gambling.
