Are you looking for a genuine temporary-permanent role in the Deeside (CH5) area? We are proud to be recruiting for our well-established client for a Compliance Administrator. Main Purpose of role - To support the Compliance team with compliance of immigration laws and ensure regulations are being fully implemented with robust right to work checks being carried out on all contractors working onsite (excluding construction) with audits being taken place daily, weekly and monthly to ensure compliance.



Due to current construction work, you will predominantly be working in a portacabin.



Pay & Hours of Work Monday to Friday working 8am-4:30pm

£14 Per Hour

The closest bus stop to the site would be around a 20-30 minute walk away – Buses D1, D2 & D3.



Responsibilities Supporting with compliance of immigration laws and ensure regulations are being fully implemented with robust right to work checks being carried out on all contractors working onsite (excluding construction) with audits being taken place daily, weekly and monthly to ensure compliance.

Performing compliance-related administrative tasks such as data entry, filing legal paperwork, preparing compliance audit reports, and handling phone and email correspondence.

Ensuring that all record keeping is maintained and updated daily.

Liaising with contractors as they arrive and ensuring that Right to Work checks are done for site.

Supporting the Project Managers and Senior Managers with advice and support regarding all aspects of immigration rules for contractors, sub-contractors, etc.

Essential Skills 2+ years' experience of working within a senior administrative position.

Previous experience of UK Right to Work Checking and UK Legislation would be advantageous but in-house training will be provided.

Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

IT literate with previous experience of using IT packages – Excel, Microsoft, HR SAP experience would be advantageous but in-house training will be provided.

A highly motivated individual with a proactive approach who is willing to learn and grow within a developing business.

Flexible, self-starter with a can-do attitude who works well within a team but also individually.

Organised, agile and ability to change the status quo within all aspects of administration.
