You'll be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our Participants with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.
A day in the life as a Complex Disability Support Worker with CareChoice may see you supporting our Participant with:

Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12 pm.
About you As a passionate, reliable, and experienced Complex Disability Support Worker, you'll have experience with providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with Participants.
Ideally, you'll have a:
