About the role The complex claims specialist provides expertise in complex injury management cases and partners closely with the business to develop and implement employee centred programs to create a safe workplace and apply early intervention strategies to address challenges relation to workers compensation and injury management matters.
About You You are a compassionate and experienced professional with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and standards of practice from Insurance and Care NSW, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), and SafeWork.
You will have a solid working knowledge of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and the Workplace Injury Management and Compensation Act 1998.
You can demonstrate a high level of empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive cases, ensuring that clients receive the support and assistance they need during challenging times.
Highly Regarded Experience in managing medically complex, litigated or severe injury claims will be highly regarded.
