You will be responsible for the proactive management of a portfolio of complex litigated Workers Compensation claims in accordance with legislative, regulatory & procedural guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your comprehensive workers compensation and injury management skills and knowledge in a proactive performance-based culture.
What you'll do Manage a portfolio of complex litigated workers compensation claims with a focus on supporting our customers.Collaborating with all key stakeholders to achieve positive claims outcomes.Effective determination of entitlements in line with legislative and regulatory requirementsProviding clear advice to help our customers navigate the workers compensation process.Collaborate with Technical Advisor and Injury Management Advisor to identify appropriate strategies for the management of our complex claims.Work collaboratively with health services and other stakeholders to assist in supporting injured workers with their medical management.Ensure an accurate assessment of each claim in line with legislative and regulatory requirementsWhat you'll bring Ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner and in line with delegated authorityAbility to convey and explain information coherently and confidently both written and oralIf this role sounds like the challenge you have been looking for please submit an application online today.
