About the Opportunity: The Complex Case Manager will work within a multidisciplinary team to manage students with complex needs, coordinate support services, and provide leadership on managing serious incidents and complex cases.
Minimum Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency. Registration with a relevant professional organization (e.g., AASW). Extensive experience in case management for students with complex needs. Experience in managing serious incidents and crisis intervention. High-level analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to provide clinical supervision and establish effective partnerships. Proficiency in computing skills and effective communication abilities. Special Requirements: Occasional after-hours work for incident response.
