About the Opportunity: The Complex Case Manager will work within a multidisciplinary team to manage students with complex needs, coordinate support services, and provide leadership on managing serious incidents and complex cases.
Minimum Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency.Registration with a relevant professional organization (e.g., AASW).Extensive experience in case management for students with complex needs.Experience in managing serious incidents and crisis intervention.High-level analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to provide clinical supervision and establish effective partnerships.Proficiency in computing skills and effective communication abilities.Special Requirements: Occasional after-hours work for incident response.Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance Certificate.Application Deadline: 11:55 PM AWST on Sunday, 14 July 2024.
