Complex Care Physiotherapist (Grade 1 or 2) IPAC / Physiotherapy Allied Health Professional EA (2021 – 26) (VA4 – AF13 / VB1 – VB4)   Permanent Part Time (48 hours /fn IPAC) / 12-month Fixed Term Part time (32 hours / fn Physio)   Total hours 80hrs/fn ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.  ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, medical, surgical and sub-acute services plus residential aged care and a broad range of community healthcare services. An exciting opportunity has arisen across 2 departments within Echuca Regional Health.  Due to vacancies across the IPAC and Physiotherapy department we are giving applicants to opportunity to apply for Full Time hours. This role will combine a permanent part time role in Complex Care Physiotherapist (Grade 1 or 2) in our IPAC team and fixed term contract within our Physiotherapy team. This gives applicants the best of both worlds and the opportunity for full time or part time work.    Key responsibilities within IPAC include: providing support to clients and managing a heart failure group   case management of clients with chronic disease development of health action plans management of a clinical caseload and delivering expert physiotherapy assessments     Key responsibilities within the Physiotherapy team include: Maintaining a clinical load appropriate to level of experience                 Contributing to the day to day operation / functioning of the Physiotherapy department Senior Physiotherapist involved in the supervision and mentorship of junior physiotherapists The role within the Physio team will include work across multiple areas including the below. Working as part of the specialist clinical teams, involved in the assessment and management of a variety of patients with complex issues. Working as part of the community rehabilitation team (attending weekly meetings) Management of inpatients on the maternity ward. Paediatrics, NDIS and community.
