About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Completions Coordinator to work on our public infrastructure project based in Armadale, Western Australia.
This role will assist the Engineering team and be responsible for contributing to the project.
Key responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Quality and Completions Team in processing quality documentation, including Work Packs, Tender documents, Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs)Develop Architectures in FieldView and Teambinder to support Delivery and Completions of Work Lots.Assist in creating and preparing publications (reports, correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes etc.
).Liaise with the Program Drawing Manager and Completions Engineers to report on Drawing Statuses.Provide support to the Completions Team with Client Walk-down Walks, including the raising of Site Walk Inspection Records.
About you Previous experience or knowledge on completions systems such as WinPCS, SAP, Orbit, PIMS desirable Sound computer skills with the ability to use MS Package and other relevant software confidently and effectivelyStrong attention to detailExceptional interpersonal skillsBe a self-starter / self-leader who thrives on taking responsibility, driving time focused business outcomes, whilst having the ability and confidence to work under minimal supervisionAbility to multi-task, prioritize and respond to changing business requirements in a positive manner, with excellent time management skillsA positive, energetic and flexible approach to work BenefitsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
