We are actively recruiting for an experienced Completions and Commissioning Administrator to assist in the delivery of one of our Civil Resource Projects based in the Pilbara on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum:Previous experience in a Completions and Commissioning Management System Administrator position within the non-process infrastructure (NPI) sector inclusive of electrical and mechanical aspects.Competency with the use of the CCMS software provided by Continuum Edge / Hexagon will be highly regarded.Experienced in the use of Completion and Commissioning Management Systems.Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) - Aconex preferred.Previous exposure to completion and commissioning of remote site facilities preferred.Excellent planning, coordinating and relationship skills.Advanced Word and Excel skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.High attention to detail.Effective time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.You will be responsible for but not limited to:Receive and quality check all incoming documentation and information required for the Completion and Commissioning Management System (CCMS) from the project team's completion of the different stages in commissioning, walkdowns and defect rectification activities and upload.Managing tasks, completed scope, upcoming works, punch lists and reporting within the CCMS.Preparation and building of work packs consisting of quality templates (Inspection and Test Records, Check Sheets, Test Sheets, Forms, etc.) in accordance with the project agreed system breakdown in both electronic and hard copy format issued to relevant package owners (internal project team and subcontractors).Administer and manage workflows within the CCMS.Assist in the delivery of the Project Commissioning Management Plan.Liaise with project personnel, subcontractors and suppliers to collate information, records, documents and data necessary to meet the requirements of the CCMS.Liaise with relevant stakeholders and owner personnel.Provide advice on commissioning planning and procedures for improvement.Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting with regards to commissioning activities and progress.About the Opportunity:Excellent rates, conditions and benefitsLong term employment prospectsNRW's commitment to training and developmentEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) available for yourself and your immediate familyIncome Protection InsuranceRange of corporate discounts including private health insurance, membership options and retail discountsExtensive salary sacrifice options including novated vehicle leasingPaid Parental LeaveNRW is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we strongly support diversity in our workforce.
