Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced People Partner to join our welcoming and dynamic People and Culture team.

Reporting to the People Experience Leader, this role will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance and expertise to our business leaders in our Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with leaders providing advice, coaching and mentoring on people experience and people management matters in a consultative and collaborative manner Actively build effective relationships and partner with leaders ensuring a sound understanding of the workforce needs, whilst educating leaders with regards to employee arrangements and conditions Assist with the creation and promotion of people centric projects, programs, initiatives and policies, focused on the employee experience Provide ongoing support and guidance in relation to all people matters for both leaders and employees Participate in the performance review process, assisting leaders in identifying future talent and development opportunities including succession planning Assist with the employee remuneration review and incentive / rewards programs Prepare reports on all people metrics as required About You
Previous experience in HR Generalist / Advisory role Strong business partnering skills with leaders Exposure working within a commercial environment is advantageous Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies Ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with leaders Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills Approach tasks with agility, initiative and passion Be approachable, and have a positive, fun, 'can do' and enthusiastic attitude Excellent time management and organisational skills Benefits of working with COS
