This position has multiple locations across Australia for an initial contract until May 2026. About The Position The Complaints department focus on resolving complaints about the quality and safety of services and supports by providers in accord with legislation, and to enable people to move forward. The Outstanding Matters Team will be working on matters that have generally been waiting a while for resolution.
