Competitions & Participation Manager

The Competition & Participation Manager is primarily focused on the day-to-day competition & administration requirements of a 'not for profit' sporting association.
The core areas include Competition set up and operation for both Junior and Seniors, handling of customer enquiries, the provision of information to prospective customers, membership processing and development of participation programs, general customer service and other tasks as delegated by the Basketball Operations Manager to ensure it achieves its strategic and operational goals.Key Performance IndicatorsManage Senior and Junior programs, review effectiveness & manage customer feedbackIncrease revenue through player participation grantsMaintain online member database, registrations & online payment systemsDevelop marketing plans for membership growthDevelop new & creative opportunities to grow participation & competitions.Competition management – on time for draws/results/ladders across all competitionsMembership complianceMembership growth per annum across participation programs & all competitionsParticipation program & junior competition linksEssential RequirementsRelevant Tertiary QualificationWorking with Children / Working with Vulnerable People CheckDrivers LicenceDesirable CriteriaSports Management / Business DegreeFirst Aid Certificate#J-18808-Ljbffr
