Skills & experience

You will be a Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory Lawyer at the 3-5 year level and/or Senior Associate level.  You could also have litigation experience.

Your new role
  
Will see you advising on competition law (clearance and authorisation); the interface between IP and competition law; consumer law including misleading & deceptive conduct; economic regulatory regimes (telco, dairy and electricity markets); significant & complex joint venture arrangements, supply & licensing agreements and distribution structures.  Also assist on Commerce Commission cartel investigations and leniency applications (dawn raids and criminal cartel investigations).
