The Role An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Competency Team within our Learning and Organisational Development Branch.
In this role, you will assist in the collection and review of job role information to support the development and review of technical competency frameworks. You will also develop and review internal processes, work practices and systems to identify and drive business improvements.
There is currently one fixed term vacancy available for filling up to the 31 st of December 2026, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Considerable and relevant experience in HR, workforce development and/or learning and development.Sound understanding of HR management practices, standards, and relevant public sector legislation.Understanding and awareness of RTO standards, Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) and best practices VET principles and requirements.Experience in business process improvement.Well-developed communication and relationship building skills.Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and achieve goals and objectives.Further Information Please refer to the attached Job Description Form (JDF) for full details about the position, including any special requirements relevant to appointment.
