The People Services & Experience team is dedicated to streamlining, optimising, and ensuring compliance in all people-related processes and frameworks. Our ultimate aim? By devising and executing strategic compensation and benefits solutions, you'll be instrumental in attracting and retaining top-tier talent. Design, implement and manage fair and equitable compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and that align with industry standards, drive performance and support the company's strategic objectives. Maintain job description framework in consultation with leaders and HR Business Partners  Perform job evaluations and conduct regular market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages for various positions within THE ICONIC. Oversee the annual salary review process, coordinating with HR Business Partners to ensure seamless and timely execution. Utilise Workday as our HRIS to implement, enhance and sustain compensation and benefits programs effectively. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers regarding compensation and benefits-related matters. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure effective communication and coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives. Stay informed of relevant legislation, regulations, and trends with the help of the Workplace Relations team to ensure all practices are compliant. Manage relationships with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) service providers. Develop and implement wellbeing initiatives and framework across various locations in close partnership with the Health & Safety team.
