Overview We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join or centralised team where you have the opportunity to perform various functions and contribute to our overall success.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the benefits function of the business for example (but not limited to) superannuation, settlements process.
You will collaborate with different claims management teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.
You will also provide specialised oversight within different specialised areas of the Compensation and Benefits Team.
Joining our centralised team will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various functions within our organisation.
You will have the chance to develop a broad skill set and make a significant impact on our operations.
