At times, appointments with clients may be required outside of the office location.Key ResponsibilitiesKnown as Compensation Advocates, these roles support current and ex-serving Veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs claims process.Key responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to): Prepare and submit compensation claims under supervision.Work within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.Case Coordination - manage and update client files using record management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.Communicate with clients and their representatives to gather additional information and provide clients with a timely update on their claim.Why work at RSL QueenslandOpen, flexible, supportive, empowering - they're some of things our team love most about RSL Queensland.
