THE POSITION
Oversee catering, meeting room bookings, and front-of-house services Coordinating all reception duties including customer service via phone, walk-ins, and email Exceed client expectations through effective team management Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Events and spaces through coordination and communication and attention to detail Communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a co-ordinates and seamless service is provided.
THE PERSON
Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise agendas Experience in a high-volume corporate or large-scale environment preferred Excellent budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Adaptable decision-maker in a dynamic environment Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain THE BENEFITS
