Housekeeping Team Leader $72792 + super Accommodation and meals provided This role is drive-in/drive-out or bus-in, bus-out (ex Mackay) and would be ideal for candidates local to the Moranbah and Mackay regions. ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced housekeeping Team Leader to join the team at Buffel Park Village in the Moranbah region. The roster is 14/7 - 10 hour days.
The Position You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.
You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.
