The Position: We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic health and wellbeing professional to join our Tastelife Team in Perth. The successful candidate will be joining an organisation that is an industry forerunner in the field of remote health and lifestyle services, driving health behaviour outcomes and providing support to the WA Remote and Offshore businesses.
Our Tastelife program is recognised worldwide and links all the elements of exercise, nutrition, injury prevention and community activities to give a holistic approach to ensure mental and physical wellbeing to residents of our operations.
The Role: Support Tastelife program delivery Support our team of Tastelife Coordinators, including onboarding, training and program performance management Support and oversee detailed reporting and identify and action opportunities for improvement Implement Tastelife strategies, health promotion and initiatives Ensure contract compliance & service delivery between the Compass Group Australia business and clients Develop approaches to enhance customer and client service quality Ensure business performance and compliance Monitor financial activities against budget Identify and evaluate options for improved budget performance The Person: Key Requirements: Travel to our remote and offshore sites Demonstrate a pro-active, well-organised approach to work independently Excellent communication/presentation skills Passion for physical, nutritional and mental health and wellbeing High level focus on customer service and engagement Experienced leaders with proven success in leading people highly desirable Essential Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related field (Desirable) Previous experience in delivering remote site health and wellbeing programs or similar Demonstrates ethical behaviour in accordance with professional standards and policies Excellent written communication skills Manages and prioritises own workload and meets deadlines This is a fast-paced, high-energy role, so if you are looking for a new challenge, this is the position for you.
