We have just mobilised 4 x new camps in Central Queensland and have exciting opportunities for experienced Catering Supervisors to join our teams in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura region.
This role is 14 days on, 7 days off and is drive-in, drive-out, therefore locals are encouraged to apply.
The Position
You will be responsible for leading a team within our catering department to ensure optimal service delivery, ensuring we comply with our contractual obligations You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results This is a hands on role The Person
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role Commercial kitchen experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable) Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team's overall performance Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures The Benefits
