The Position: Guide and lead the team throughout their shift Liaise with management/client to ensure all expectations are met Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue Providing exceptional customer service The Person: Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team Excellent Time Management skills and well-rounded people skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
