We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.The PositionThis role will see you based at our villages in Moranbah working a 14 / 7 roster with 10 hour days, which sees you home every 2nd weekend!Candidates can either be DIDO from local and surrounding areas, BIBO ex Mackay or FIFO ex Brisbane.As an Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for front desk attendance, management of accommodation systems, travel logistics, and all aspects of general office administration.
Assisting the site management team with implementing administrative processes, coordinating workflow, and liaising with various departments to deliver excellent customer service.
Most importantly, you will be leading a team of five team members; therefore, it is imperative that your leadership skills are impeccable.The position will also include an element of retail : service, ordering, cashier, and stocktake.
