About the Role: As our company Bookkeeper (Hybrid), you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
Working closely with our finance team, you'll be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing essential reports, and supporting our overall financial processes.
This is a great opportunity for a diligent bookkeeper with strong MYOB Acumatica (Advanced) skills to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
We are looking for somebody part-time, preferably 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain weekly financial reports, including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions using MYOB Acumatica (Advanced).BAS/IAS Preparation: Complete BAS/IAS for multiple businesses as needed, coordinating with accountants.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for review by management.Maintain organized and accurate records in MYOB Acumatica.About You: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a bookkeeping or accounting role.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MYOB Acumatica (Advanced) and financial reporting tools.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Familiarity with payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.Communication: Clear and concise communicator, capable of working independently and within a team environment.Why Join VJS Joinery Supplies?
