Numbers in Business is a professional accounting and bookkeeping company that works with small and medium sized companies to relieve them of critical bookkeeping and accounting tasks.Our business has been continuously growing over the past 11 years and we seek a self-driven and responsible Company Accountant to assist us in our next growth phase.
You will work alongside our CEO to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Duties would include:Onboarding new clients in collaboration with Team Leaders.Regular auditing of client files and mentoring bookkeepers accordingly.Tracking efficiency of teams and individuals within the organisation.Developing and maintaining practice systems, software, and processes.Assisting with resource planning and hiring.Technical development and training of new staff.Monitoring practice wide deadlines.Ad hoc projects.What we need from you is:A degree in Accounting with a minimum of 10 years experience in public practice or audit environment.
