To be successful you will need: A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (orsimilar)An empathy and commitment to the care of older people witha demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs12 months+ experience in delivering high levels ofexceptional customer service within the Aged Care industryStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOnly application with the ability to work in our NSW locationwill be considered for this role. If your application issuccessful, you will commence to one of our three day On-boardingPrograms.
