Position Description: The purpose of this role is to facilitate community development initiatives and collective solutions within a community to address issues, needs and problems associated with recreation, health, housing, employment, and other welfare matters.
A community worker is responsible for engaging with local communities to identify and address social issues, providing support and resources to community members and facilitating programs that promote community well-being and development.
