Duties and responsibilities include: Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistanceSocial support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointmentsDomestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparationSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipmentMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressAbout you: Ability to build rapport and good working relationshipsComfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters and recording customer notes/feedbackWhat you will need: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record CheckCurrent First Aid certificate/CPRCurrent Australian Drivers LicenseReliable, registered, and insured vehicleSmartphone with internet accessCertificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)Next steps: If you would like to join our growing team and become part of our friendly, professional network please apply today by clicking on "Apply".
