Reporting to the Community Engagement Manager, this new role will ensure the successful implementation of community impact initiatives across the Bunnings Group to meet objectives, ensure consistency and enhance the brand and culture.

What's involved: Develop and execute key strategic community campaigns and projects.Communication and liaison with Bunnings team members across all levels to ensure successful execution of community strategy.Maintain relationships with team members and external stakeholders as required.Support business reporting to ensure accuracy of data and timely delivery of information.Manage Community Involvement inbox; review and respond to community requests for support, including liaison with stores and accurate administration and reporting in line with policy and procedures.Respond to team member feedback and queries.Update community-related policies and ensure they are uploaded to appropriate locations on intranet.Ensure community-related information across internal and external channels is accurate and current.Manage gift cards process for community groups.Identify and coordinate national support office community events and activities both in office and in field, including any sausage sizzle activity.Support the Community Engagement Manager in development of the annual Community Report.Who we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will have an ability to process complex information efficiently, summarise material concisely and provide recommendations to senior leaders, along with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of community impact issues.
An individual who has strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, is well organised with strong planning, and has a team-first attitude.
You'll need: Tertiary qualification in PR/Communications, Marketing or Business.2+ years' experience in marketing/corporate communications or a not-for-profit related field.Ability to work with and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand not-for-profit sectors.Ability to work with cross-divisional or multi-functional teams.Project management experience from concept development to delivery.Understanding of, and genuine interest in, community impact.You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
