Key Responsibilities Provide transport services for consumers, ensuring adherence to scheduled times and safety protocols.Support consumers by following individual support plans and addressing any concerns or incidents.Maintain vehicles in a clean and safe condition, completing daily checks and inspections.Report and document notable risks, incidents, and safety hazards in line with company policies.Build positive relationships with clients and communicate effectively with coordinators regarding any changes or issues.About You Committed to providing high-quality service and fostering client independence.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Responsible and alert while driving, with a solid understanding of SA Road Laws.Flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends.Current National Police Clearance.Current First Aid Certificate.Valid Driver's License and access to a registered and insured vehicle.Available by phone for work communication.Experience in an aged care environment and consumer transport.Italian-speaking ability.Familiarity with the local area.Why Join Us?
