This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability.Role OverviewAs a Community Services Trainer, your role is pivotal in enhancing the student learning experience.
You will deliver and assess high-quality, compliant, and engaging training that aligns with RGIT's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as well as regulatory standards.Responsibilities Deliver the course curriculum efficiently and effectively.Conduct structured, flexible, and engaging training sessions.Use fair, valid, current, and sufficient teaching and assessment strategies.Facilitate both individual and group learning activities, whether online or in person.Provide one-on-one support and regular progress checks for learners.Maintain accurate training records and assessment results.Evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to course development for continuous improvement.What We SeekTo excel in this role, you should be a highly motivating and engaging individual with exceptional presentation skills.
