The Community Service Coordinator provides project and administrative support to the local Thargomindah governance group and key stakeholders to undertake activities across Thargomindah to facilitate the service coordination and delivery of the South West Primary Care Pilot - Care Collective – Far South West.

Thargomindah is situated along the Adventure Way and lies on the banks of the Bulloo River approximately 1,000 kilometres west of Brisbane.
