Community Safety Officer Horsham, Australia Reference: 6584963 About the Role This role is responsible for delivering customer focused law enforcement and community safety service through the provision of education to the community, and, where required, enforcement of relevant legislation. About You You will have a Certificate IV in Animal Management/Local Government/Statutory Compliance or similar, or experience in local laws/animal control/regulatory environment. Unless already acquired, a preparedness to study and undertake further training to become conversant with relevant Acts, regulations and local laws. A current Working with Children Check and Current Driver's licence are required. The majority of its 20,369 residents are located in Horsham, a hub for health care, niche retail, education and schooling, community services, arts, sports and culture.
