We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our community team based in the Inner West and surrounds to work on a casual basis, with shifts available Monday to Friday and some optional weekend work available ad hoc.
Shifts on offer span between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm and offer family-friendly flexibility.
As well as working in the community, there will also be an opportunity to do telehealth appointments with our RITH patients working in the comfort of your own home.
As a Community Nurse, you will build rapport with your clients in their homes while providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care, and medication administration, as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family.
What will set you apart from the rest?With previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient-centred approach.
