About the role
As a full time or part time Podiatrist, you will be providing high-quality treatment to our clients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary community setting.
In this role you will be… Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality Podiatry services tailored to the individual needs of the client and using a person-centred approach.Conducting assessments and providing interventions to patients and clients in their own home.Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP's, and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care.Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports, and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and HCP Providers.Able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity, and Service Excellence in all that you do.Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GP's, community centres, and other referrers.What's in it for you?
