Jewish Care Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation and one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria, servicing the community for 175 years. About you
Be part of our multidisciplinary team at Jewish Care Victoria delivering physiotherapy services across community sites, focusing on independence and healthy ageing. Physiotherapy services may include manual therapy, exercise therapy, and group programs.
What you will do

Assessment of clients and development of individual physiotherapy intervention plans, comprising one-on-one and group programs in line with a "Healthy Ageing" perspective.
Regular review and progression of individual physiotherapy plans, and discharge planning as appropriate.
Promote independence and functional abilities for residential and community clients, with a strong emphasis on health promotion.
Communicate client outcomes through attendance at relevant clinical/team meetings and documentation in the client database.Supervision of Allied Health Assistants/Exercise Leaders/students.
Promotion and understanding of cultural diversity in care services.

You will have:

Degree in Physiotherapy.
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Highly developed communication skills.
Demonstrated experience and well-developed clinical skills in physiotherapy within aged care, either community or residential setting.
